Structural characteristics of reducers

The eccentric reducer is made of carbon steel and is represented by the large head diameter multiplied by the small head diameter multiplied by the thickness.

The process of reducing the eccentric reducing pipe is to put the tube blank with the same diameter as the large end of the reducing pipe into the forming die, and press the metal along the axial direction of the tube blank to move and shrink the die cavity. The characteristics of eccentric reducer are carbon steel with strength significantly higher than the same amount of carbon, good toughness and plasticity, good weldability and corrosion resistance.

Application of reducers

1. When the flow rate of the fluid in the pipeline changes, such as increasing or decreasing, and the flow rate requirements change little, reducers are required.

2, in the pump inlet, in order to prevent cavitation, need to use reduced pipe.

3, and the instrument, such as flowmeter, regulating valve joint, in order to cooperate with the instrument joint, also need to use reducer.
