The leakage magnetic field is detected by the probe located between the two poles, close to the tube wall, and generate the corresponding induction signal, these signals after filtering, amplification, analog-to-digital conversion and other processing is recorded into the detector's mass memory, after the completion of the detection, in the special software to play back the data processing, identification and judgment.
Compared with X-ray flaw detection, ultrasonic flaw detection has some advantages: high flaw detection sensitivity, short cycle time, low cost, flexibility and convenience, high efficiency, and harmless to human body.
Compared with X-ray flaw detection, ultrasonic flaw detection has some shortcomings: the working surface is smooth, it requires inspection by experienced personnel to determine the type of defect, and the defect is not intuitive.
