Product Details

FBE (Fusion Bond Epoxy) coating was developed for long-term external corrosion protection of pipelines. FBE consists of a fusion bond epoxy powder applied to a heated, abrasively cleaned pipe.

FBE coated steel pipe product features:

With a choice of several powder coatings, FBE can withstand operating temperatures from -40°C to 65°C (minimum thickness 0.30mm/11.8 mils)*
Intended for use as an external coating system for buried or submerged oil and gas pipelines
Offers excellent adhesion and cathodic disbondment resistance
Developed for moderate to high temperatures
