1. Select the appropriate sealing ring when ordering the groove parts. Different media in the pipeline require sealing rings of different materials. At present, there are eight kinds of sealing rings of different materials in the market to apply to different media.
2. Pipeline groove (also called rolling groove) is the key process of pipeline connection, and it also determines the important link of the connection quality of groove parts. The width and depth of the grooves must meet the requirements. When rolling the groove, the end of the pipe mouth should be flat, without burr, and the port should be perpendicular to the pipe axis, so that the groove rolled out can be perpendicular to the central axis of the pipe, and ensure that the length of the groove to the pipe end is equal. If the ellipticity of the pipeline and the thickness of the welded galvanized pipe wall are not uniform, they should be corrected as far as possible when rolling the groove, otherwise the groove will have the phenomenon of uneven depth and the tightness of them cannot be guaranteed.
3. 4. The use of rigid joints and flexible joints in groove parts should be reasonable. The rigid joint is suitable for the pipe end that needs the rigid connection in the low pressure pipeline, such as the spray riser, the long-distance straight pipe, the valve, the equipment and so on connection, the requirement is not allowed to produce the displacement, the Angle and the torsion of the pipe to use, in order to obtain the good rigidity. Flexible joint is suitable for medium and low pressure pipeline connection. After installation, the pipeline is allowed to have a proper amount of shrinkage and deviation Angle, to compensate the trace displacement of the pipeline, and it is more suitable for pipeline installation in uneven environment. It can also absorb noise, vibration and seismic stress. It is generally used in the water pipe of the water pump in the fire fighting system.
5. If the distance of the fire horizontal pipe is long, when the hanger is used, in order to prevent pipe channeling, it is recommended to use flexible joints in the middle of the local place to ensure that the axial channeling pipe is not large, so as not to affect the bending of the transverse branch pipe connected with it.
6. In a certain temperature difference in the installation of fire pipe, pipe with fixed bracket and anti-sway bracket, flexible joints and rigid joints can be used in combination, so that the pressure or temperature change caused by the axial force will not affect the bending of the transverse branch pipe.
