Therefore, under the above conditions, the water flow in the sewage pipeline is not uniform flow. But in addition to the above situation, on the straight pipe section, when there is no big change and no sediment flow, hydraulic elements of the sewage pipe (velocity, pressure, density, etc.) are not change over time and can be considered as a constant flow, and the pipe cross-section, shape, size unchanged, streamline for parallel straight lines, the flow state can be treated as uniform flow.
