1. Structure, model, and specification. The pipe of steel pipe pile is generally made of ordinary carbon steel, including spiral seam steel pipe and straight seam steel pipe. When the steel pipe pile is lifted, it should be lifted to the pile position first to insert the pile, and the steel pipe pile should be aligned with the sample pile marked with lime in advance to ensure that the pile position and pile body are straight.
5. Pile driving project. In order to prevent damage to the pile head during the hammering process, special pile caps should be placed on the top of the pile head before piling, and damping pads should be placed at the parts that can directly and economically withstand the actual hammering.
6. Pile extension. If the pipe diameter is constant, groove welds of the same strength shall be welded. When the pipe diameter changes, flanges, and bolts can be used to connect and should meet the requirements of equal strength. Steel pipe pile connection is generally welded.
7. Pile delivery. When there is a certain gap between the elevation of the pile top and the ground, and it no longer piles need to be connected, a pile driving cylinder can be used to drive the pile to the designed elevation. The pile driving cylinder should meet the following requirements: pile driving resistance should not be too large, impact energy can be effectively transferred to the driven pile, easy to pull up, and continuous permanent use.
8. Penetration operation. The stopping specification is mainly based on the penetration depth, combining the penetration degree during the piling process, the number of hammer strikes in the last 1m, and the total number of hammer strikes per pile.
