1. Sinking of steel pipe pile

Steel pipe pile sinking using a 45KW vibration hammer can provide 45 T-rated vibration power and can meet the requirements of the project. The lifting equipment adopts a 30T crane ship. After the anchor position of the crane, the steel pipe pile is firstly inserted into the covering layer by gravity, and the upper part is tied to the side of the crane with cables. When the pile body has a certain stability, the floating crane is used to lift the vibrating pile driver to clamp the steel pipe pile, and the vibrating sinking steel pipe pile is started to reach the position. The steel pipe piles are sunk row by row and then moved to the other side after one row of piles is sunk.

2, steel pipe pile sinking should pay attention to the vibration hammer center and the pile center shaft should be kept in the same line as far as possible; The sinking of each pile should be continuous, and can not stop for too long, so as not to recover the friction resistance of the soil, continue to sink difficult. Strengthen the observation during the sinking process, the deviation of the steel pipe pile shall not be more than 10 cm, and the perpendicularity shall not be less than 0.1%.

3. Set up steel platform

After the steel pipe piles are sunk, the drilling platform steel is laid out. The specific steps are as follows:

4. At the beginning of platform construction, safety signs shall be set up, guiding signs such as a night red light warning shall be hung, and anti-collision piers of steel pipe piles shall be set up to ensure safety.
