1 Cleaning
The use of solvents, emulsions to clean the steel surface to remove oil, grease, dust, lubricants and similar organic substances, but it can not remove the steel surface rust, oxide skin, welding flux, etc., so in the anti-fracture operations only as an auxiliary means.
2 Pickling
Generally, two methods of pickling treatment are used, chemical and electrolytic. Pipeline anti-corrosion only uses chemical pickling, which can remove oxidation, rust, old coating, and sometimes it can be used as reprocessing after sandblasting rust removal. Although chemical cleaning can make the surface reach a certain degree of cleanliness and roughness, its anchor pattern is shallow, and it is easy to cause pollution to the surrounding environment.
3 Tool rust removal
Mainly using tools such as wire brushes to polish the steel surface can remove loose oxide, rust, weld slag, etc. Manual tool rust removal can reach Sa2 level, and power tool rust removal can reach Sa3 level. If the steel surface is firmly attached to iron oxide, the effect of tool rust removal is not ideal and cannot reach the anchor depth required for anti-corrosion construction.
4 Jet rust removal
Jet rust removal is driven by high power motor to rotate the jet blade at high speed, so that steel shot, steel sand, wire segments, minerals and other abrasives are sprayed on the surface of straight seam steel pipe under the action of powerful centrifugal force of the motor, which can not only thoroughly remove oxides, rust and dirt, but also achieve the required uniform roughness of straight seam steel pipe under the action of abrasive fierce impact and abrasive force.
After jet rust removal, it not only expands the physical adsorption on the surface of the pipe, but also enhances the mechanical adhesion between the anti-corrosion layer and the surface of the pipe. Therefore, shot blasting descaling is the ideal descaling method for pipeline corrosion protection. Generally speaking, shot blasting descaling is mainly used for inner surface treatment of pipes, and shot blasting descaling is mainly used for outer surface treatment of straight seam steel pipes.
The production process should be strictly required to remove rust related technical indicators to prevent the ground sub damage to the straight seam steel pipe caused by operation errors. After the straight seam steel pipe is de-embroidered, the appearance of the product will be smoother than before the de-embroidering, and the de-embroidering of straight seam steel pipe is a frequently used technology in the steel pipe industry.
Domestic straight welded pipe is usually increased by adding alloy to the material to improve its performance, after cold-drawing, are required to stress annealing, eliminating the residual stress of the material, so as to prevent the fracture of the straight welded pipe.
At present, China's straight welded pipe is cold-drawn deformation to improve the strength of the metal, but it is at the expense of the plasticity and toughness of the metal.
Cold drawn LSAW pipe is based on high dimensional accuracy and high strength performance in the market, it must ensure that the deformation is within a certain range in order to maximize the performance of the material and reduce the adverse effects on the material.
If the deformation of straight welded pipe is small, it will not achieve the requirements of finish and dimensional accuracy, and the strength of the component, too much deformation, the plasticity and toughness of the straight welded pipe is reduced too much, and the grains are stretched too thin and long, forming a fiber organization, the metal will have obvious anisotropy.
Cold drawn straight welded pipe axial, parallel to the elongation direction of the grain, the strength increases; cold drawn straight welded pipe radial, perpendicular to the elongation direction of the grain, the strength is reduced, and the hydraulic cylinder maximum stress is present in the straight welded pipe radial, so the deformation is too large to give full play to the performance of the cold drawn pipe is not conducive.
