The adhesion of cold galvanized steel pipe is worse than that of hot galvanized steel pipe because the steel tube matrix and zinc layer of cold galvanized steel pipe are independent of each other, the zinc layer is very thin, but also simply attached to the surface of the steel tube matrix, it is easy to fall off.

The process of cold galvanized steel pipe is electroplating, the inner wall of the steel pipe is not galvanized, only the outer wall of the steel pipe is plated with zinc; The process of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe is hot-dip galvanized, and there are zinc layers in the pipe and outer wall.
