Sockolet-Threadolet-Weldolet-pipe outlet-threadless welding is mainly used for reinforcing pipe fittings of branch pipe connection, instead of using reducing tee, reinforcing plate, strengthening pipe section, and other branch pipe connection types. The main body of the Sockolet-Threadolet-Weldolet is made of high-quality forgings, with the same material as the pipe, such as carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel. The branch pipe seat and the head are welded, and the branch pipe or other pipes (such as short pipe, wire plug, etc.), instruments, and valves are connected with butt welding connection, socket welding connection, and thread connection are three types. The common manufacturing standards of branch tube stations are MSS SP-97, GB/T19326, and other standards. 

Classification of sockolet

1. Weldolet is the most common branch connector. Its end is made of groove and connected with a straight butt welding pipe, so it is considered a butt welding pipe fitting. The design of the butt-welded stand minimizes stress concentration and provides overall reinforcement. There are three pressure grades: STD, XS, and Sch160.

2. Sockolet is the same as that of the butt welding branch platform, but its branch connection adopts a socket and inserts a welding connection. There are two pressure grades of 3000# and 6000# for the support pipe platform.

3. The threadless is the same as that of the butt welding branch platform, but its branch connection is a threaded connection and does not need welding. There are two pressure grades: 3000# and 6000#.

4. Miter branch tube platform for 45° branch. The connection with the branch pipe can be made by butt welding, socket welding, and thread connection.

5. Elbow weldolet is used to provide branch connection on long radius elbow or short radius elbow. The connection with the branch pipe can be made by butt welding, socket welding, and thread connection.
