After steel pipes are produced as ordered, our experienced yard staff and our warehousing department will arrange cargo handling, storage, and storing of steel products in our facilities temporarily and store them separately from our inventory.
We deeply understand that reducing the cost of steel pipes is essential to the success of the project, while also ensuring that the customer has the product ready when needed. We have a large area of factory buildings and warehouses that can meet the pipeline storage needs of customers.
Cangzhou Shenlong Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd has more than ten years of experience in handling, storing, and transporting steel pipes and steel products. When you are ready to receive the goods, our experienced transportation department will work with our logistics partners to deliver the products to you by truck, rail or barge.
①The storage site or warehouse of goods should be in a clean place with unobstructed drainage, far away from factories and mines that produce harmful gases or dust. Weeds and all debris should be removed from the field to make the goods as clean as possible.
②Do do not stack it in the warehouse with materials that are corrosive to steel such as acid, alkali, salt, cement, etc. Different types of steel pipes or fittings should be stacked separately to prevent confusion and contact corrosion.
③Large section steel, rails, steel plates, large-diameter steel pipes, forgings, etc. can be stacked in the open air.
④Small and medium-sized steel bars, wire rods, steel bars, medium-diameter steel pipes, steel wires, wire ropes, etc., can be stored in a well-ventilated material shed but must be topped and bottomed.
⑤ Some small steels, thin steel plates, steel strips, silicon steel sheets, small-diameter or thin-walled steel pipes, various cold-rolled and cold-drawn steels, and high-priced and easily corrosive metal products can be stored in storage.
⑥The warehouse should be selected according to the geographical conditions. Generally, an ordinary closed warehouse is adopted, that is, a warehouse with a roof, a wall, tight doors and windows, and a ventilation device.
⑦The warehouse is required to be ventilated on sunny days and shut down to prevent moisture on rainy days so that the ordered goods can be always maintained in a suitable storage environment.
